Unlike other preparation programs, ours provides focused and personal coaching by successful practicing physicians from top programs across Canada and the US. Depending on your specialty and preferred location, we’ll pair you with a physician who has deep experience with the residency programs that you are applying to. 

Eligibility to apply

To apply to this mentorship program, the applicant must:


1. Be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada (by the application deadline)

2. Written and passed the NAC OSCE and the MCCQE Part I by Sep 1st, 2021

3. Complete the online application program before NOV 30 each year.


During the application process, you will be asked to input identifying information into a form and upload documents for review. To prepare to submit your application, please have the following available to upload:


a. Updated contact information and credentials: This information is required for the online application.

b. Curriculum vitae/résumé/list of awards or publications: Applicants are prompted to either upload their CV or résumé (.doc, .pdf).
c. A copy of your MCCQE Part 1 and NAC OSCE statement of results. 


Please note, the mentorship program is very competitive and we are only able to accept 15 applicants each year. Applicants can expect to hear a decision on their application within two weeks from the date the application was submitted. 


Program fees can be paid in two installments. The first installment is due at the time of acceptance into the mentorship program. The second installment is due Dec 1, 2021.
