For the 2026 NAC OSCE cycle, Medical Training Express is introducing a hybrid preparation model designed to maximize learning efficiency and clinical performance.

In previous years, our NAC OSCE program offered either live online sessions or access to pre-recorded content. Based on student feedback and evolving exam demands, we have redesigned the program to combine the strengths of both formats.

This hybrid structure allows candidates to:

Fully utilize high-quality pre-recorded teaching content at their own pace
Reserve live online sessions exclusively for OSCE-style practice, examiner-style feedback, and performance refinement
Spend live time where it matters most: communication, structure, timing, and clinical reasoning

1. Pre-Recorded Core Content
Participants will receive access to comprehensive pre-recorded NAC OSCE teaching materials covering:

  • Core OSCE frameworks
  • Common NAC OSCE stations
  • Communication strategies
  • Clinical reasoning and differential building
  • Exam-specific expectations and common pitfalls


These recordings are intended to be reviewed before live sessions so that real-time teaching can focus on application rather than passive learning.

2. Live Online Practice & Feedback Sessions
Live sessions are fully interactive and practice-focused, emphasizing:

  • Real-time OSCE station simulations
  • Individual and group feedback
  • Examiner-style marking and critique
  • Communication refinement
  • Time management and structure under exam conditions


This approach ensures that live hours are high-yield, practical, and performance-oriented.
